I tend to judge myself negatively for everything I do.

I also tend to look back to my younger self and think I was much better back then. Even though that “back then” was a time I looked down on myself.

I know. Quite ironic.

Then again, don’t we all blame ourselves for things we’d never blame others for doing?

This question has haunted me for a long time but last week’s Thanksgiving reminded me it’s all a question of framing. I know. I mentioned the importance of framing and reframing just two weeks ago.

But my reframing this time got me to a new point.

Being thankful for feeling stuck.
