If you don’t have the time, here’s a short recap of the end of my reflection: I needed to create clear habits linked to my daily life. My goal was to force you into being my accountability buddies 😉

Well, while it didn’t work in the way I expected, it served me well as it got me to spend more time looking inside. We’ll get into this soon enough but, for the time being, thank you already!

Working on our own habits can put a lot of pressure on ourselves. We have to look at our flaws and accept them before we can do anything about them. It’s important.

Frustrating, but important.

That’s why today we’ll talk about the difficulties that come with forming new habits and adapting them.
